Food and recipes

On this page I’ll be adding all things food related. I’ll add some recipes that me and my family use. With myself and Little Bear being dairy free, egg free, wheat and gluten free and soya free, has also meant big changes for the family. Most of our evening meals are free from all these ingredients. Removing all these foods from my diet seemed very daunting but we’ve learnt that if you can find ‘replacements’ then it’s not as bad as you think. In my case once I’d started it was easier to keep off them and not be tempted as it made Little Bear’s symptoms worse particularly – that is what has worked being my main driver. 

I’ll also be share some product reviews, ideas, places to eat and talk about what to do or think about if you’re going away with someone with an allergy.
